IAP2A Evaluate Engagement

Service Description

Evaluate Engagement is one of IAP2 Australasia’s elective modules in community and stakeholder engagement training, and is suitable for all levels of engagement experience. The sessions are highly interactive where you can network with professionals across varied industries. The aim of this course is to calibrate your critical thinking. You’ll be challenged to: - Ask, “Why evaluate – What’s the theory?” - Create an evaluation framework - Assess, and make sense of the results - Communicate the results to different stakeholders We are challenging you with current ‘best practice’ – which we all think we know – and working out the reasons why we are often underwhelmed with the results. By the end of this course you will have enhanced your knowledge with regard to accurate and relevant methods of engagement evaluation. Investment -NZ$595 + GST (IAP2A members) -NZ$850 + GST (non members) Refund/Cancellation policy: -MSL mirrors the refund/cancellation policy of IAP2A. -MSL reserves the right to replace your registration reservation with another participant, if your invoice is not paid 10 working days prior to the training or event. Exceptions will be for Pay Later exceptions as detailed below or when a registration happens within 10 working days of the course. -You may cancel/change your reservation anytime up to 10 working days before the scheduled date, without incurring a cancellation fee. After this time a cancellation fee equal to the registration fee applies. -The following policy will apply to cancellations, changes or non-attendance within 10 working days of the scheduled training: >If you can find a replacement participant that meets the pre-requisite requirements (if any), then no cancellation fee will apply provided the replacement complies with this policy >If you are unable to provide a replacement participant then no refund will be payable by MSL. -There is no refund for non-attendance. -MSL may consider applications for extenuating circumstances to waive the cancellation fee and reserves the right to request supporting documentation. -Pay Later exceptions – Organisations who do not have a Purchase Order (PO) number to complete their IAP2A training or event registration will be able to secure a reservation for training or event and have 10 working days to provide their PO to MSL. After 10 working days if no PO is received then MSL reserves the right to rescind their booking reservation.
